How Do I Pay? The program is billed in 3 installments of $2,330 over the course of 3 months.
3 Month Case Review
Not quite ready to commit to a full year with our team? We now have the option to start with a 3 Month Case Review.
This 3 month program includes an initial consultation and case review with Dr. Maren, along with nutrition support, regular visits with our team, and ongoing support and secure portal messaging between visits for 3 months. All-in-all, it includes a total of 4 one-on-one visits with our team.
After the initial case review, most patients will have the opportunity to extend by an additional 9 months in order to continue working with our team and round out the full year.

3 Month Case Review Investment: $3,495. *Does not include lab testing, supplements, or other diagnostics. At the end of this program, you’ll have the option to extend from 3-to-12 Months. Committing to a 12 Month program up front saves you $1,000.
How Do I Pay? The 3 Month Case Review is billed in 3 installments of $1165 over the course of 3 months.
