I’m on a mission to come up with some perfect smoothie blends for my daughter and me. This one is a winner! Spinach adds a beautiful bright green color, but you can’t taste it at all when pineapple is involved.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 cup packed baby spinach
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 2 pitted dates
- 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup ice
Process:
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a Vitamix or similar. Enjoy cold.
