My recipes are always gluten-free, and usually grain-free and dairy-free. I gravitate toward a plant based Paleo style diet. I use organic whenever possible, and shop for grass-fed and pasture raised eggs and meat. I cook good, clean, simple food. I’m not a chef. I’m a real person and I make nutrition a priority because I think it matters. Despite a busy lifestyle, I manage to cook most of my family’s meals at home, and hope to inspire you to do the same.
