This is a cool, easy salad that goes great with grilled pork chops and warm apples. I like Napa cabbage, but savoy cabbage would work well, too.
- 1 Napa cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 Tb extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tb white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 tsp sea salt
Mix ingredients and combine well. Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving and toss again to combine.
